Your new role
- Apply quantitative and qualitative analysis, data mining and exploration, experimentation and visualization techniques to tell the business stories behind tech product sales and drive actionable insights for business leaders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams and senior stakeholders in client’s sales organisation to drive high-impact use-cases, define sales roadmaps and to support data needs.
- Define, understand, and test opportunities and levers to improve the sales funnel, and drive roadmaps through your insights and recommendations.
- Acquire a deep understanding of existing business using data to build insights driving business decisions/initiatives critical to scale – gather requirements, build proof-of-concepts/ productionalized solutions, lead peer-reviews and stakeholder presentations.
- Drive continuous improvement of reporting/analytics through process or tooling enhancements or automation.
What you'll need to succeed
- Domain knowledge: In-depth understanding of the technology industry and software / hardware product sales journeys.
- Language skills:
Business level language skills (read, write, speak) in Japanese and English with ability to understand and convey complex concepts with high degree of fluency. - Technical expertise: Strong hands-on experience in analysing large volume of data using SQL and Python, combined with understanding of Relational databases and Statistics, such as Hypothesis testing, A/B testing, Forecasting, Causal Inferencing, etc.
