【Customer Value Creation Team】
The position will be part of the Customer Value Creation (CVC) Team. The CVC team purpose is to implement the Group’s strategic objective to switch from a Tax Free processing provider position to a strategic partner for retailers, leveraging all the internal assets developed over the last years by the Group (data, marketing services, customer experience…), last innovations and a network of external partners. To reach this objective, the CVC team works closely with the respective local Commercial teams to build a high touch and consultative approach with clients.
【Main duties and responsibilities】
The Business analyst is in charge of :
- Running analysis on clients, to enrich knowledge and help the CVC manager to customize company value-added proposal to any client or prospect. The analysis consists of screening the Brand strategy Info Digest Preparation, (on distribution, nationalities focus), the omnichannel retail experience, pricing positioning, the brand perception.
- Supporting the CVC manager in designing customized clients or prospect presentations, including the results of the analysis run and some consulting proposals
- Working and collaborating with BI team to enrich client presentations and supporting CVC Team on company Data understanding
- Supporting Consulting Data service with key merchants and develop the suitable solutions for each merchant thanks to close communication with Central BI team.
- Managing the customer survey and mystery visits worldwide program, to assess Brands instore experience from an omnichannel point of view and a Tax Free Shopping point of view
- Running retailers’ surveys when needed to analyse retail market trends and evolutions
- Collaborating with other departments in adhoc requests (team in Team Building and contents for sales team and events, market trends (qualitative and quantitative data), solutions presentation, case studies and clients testimonials.
【Background and Education】
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience:
- Experience working in management consulting or research industry preferred
- Experience in Retail or Luxury sector preferred
- Experience working in Global or multi-cultural teams preferred
Specific skills and knowledge
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organization and autonomy
- Native in Japanese and Business English is required
