Your new role

  • Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels while maintaining relationships with external partners
  • Collaborate across teams to create compelling content and campaigns that reflect company culture and values
  • Use analytics to optimize recruitment efforts, stay updated on industry trends, and champion diversity and inclusion

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in TA
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems
  • Native level Japanese, business level English
