Your new role
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Proactively source and engage candidates through various channels while maintaining relationships with external partners
- Collaborate across teams to create compelling content and campaigns that reflect company culture and values
- Use analytics to optimize recruitment efforts, stay updated on industry trends, and champion diversity and inclusion
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in TA
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Native level Japanese, business level English
