Your new role

  • Align local and regional HR operations with global priorities, ensuring consistency, standardization, etc
  • Manage both in-house and offshore HR operations, resolve escalations, and enhance service quality through data analysis and performance reviews
  • Act as the functional owner of core HR systems, driving process optimization, compliance, and digital transformation
  • Lead employment compliance initiatives, monitor regulatory changes, manage audits and reporting
  • Manage and guide a growing team

What you'll need to succeed

  • Fluent Japanese and English
  • 8+ years of experience in HR operations
  • People Management experience
