Your new role
- Align local and regional HR operations with global priorities, ensuring consistency, standardization, etc
- Manage both in-house and offshore HR operations, resolve escalations, and enhance service quality through data analysis and performance reviews
- Act as the functional owner of core HR systems, driving process optimization, compliance, and digital transformation
- Lead employment compliance initiatives, monitor regulatory changes, manage audits and reporting
- Manage and guide a growing team
What you'll need to succeed
- Fluent Japanese and English
- 8+ years of experience in HR operations
- People Management experience
