SALES MANAGER • TELEMATICS
We are seeking a Sales Manager to strengthen our ambitious sales team in Japan, with a focus on expanding our telematics footprint across Japan. As a Sales, you’ll represent some of the world’s leading telematics solutions in fleet vehicle management, connecting with top clients across the system integration companies, logistics, agriculture, car-sharing, and construction sectors in Japan to meet their GPS tracking and telematics needs.

Our telematics business unit develops and produces easy-to-use GPS tracking devices for effective fleet management in such spheres as logistics, agriculture, car sharing, construction, and more. Using the latest technologies, we set new standards for the telematics industry.

In this role, you will:
  • Drive sales in new markets within Japan by conducting market analysis, targeting System Integration companies, and identifying key stakeholders who can benefit from our cutting-edge telematics solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and leveraging professional networks to establish strong relationships and grow the business.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers in Japan through regular communication, presentations, and client visits.

What we expect of you:


  • Proficient English language skills (written and oral) at a minimum B2 level; Japanese language proficiency is a necessity, especially when engaging with Japanese clients.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in selling to the System Integration industry or within telematics, IoT, or technology sectors.
  • Experienced in Lead Generation and Cold Calling, with a strong ability to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, particularly in handling longer sales cycles.
  • Experienced in Using CRM Systems, efficiently managing and inputting large volumes of detailed information to ensure accurate and organised sales data tracking.
