Your new role

• Deal Sourcing: Identify promising startups and investment opportunities.
• Due Diligence: Analyse business models, financials, and market trends to assess investment risks.
• Investment Decision-Making: Negotiate terms and structure deals with founders.
• Portfolio Management: Support and mentor portfolio companies to drive growth and profitability.
• Networking: Build relationships with entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts.
• Exit Strategy Planning: Develop strategies for successful exits via acquisitions or IPOs.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in venture capital, consulting, investment bank.
• Fluency in both Japanese and English.
• Background in engineering is preferred but not a must.
