Your new role

  • Lead the Japan legal team and promote ethical culture across the organization

  • Advise on high-impact legal and compliance matters

  • Oversee legal processes and support compliance efforts

  • Assist with regional, cross regions corporate initiatives

  • Monitor legal changes and align company policies


What you'll need to succeed

  • 10+ years of experience as a lawyer in either law firm or companies

  • 5+ years of managing experience

  • Bachelor of Laws degree

  • Japanese bar qualification

  • Business English skills
