Your new role

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business goals. You will lead a small team and oversee all marketing activities, including digital marketing, traditional marketing, and event planning. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand's visibility, attracting new clients and candidates, and supporting our recruitment efforts.

What you'll need to succeed

A successful candidate will possess at least 8 years of experience in marketing with:

- Strong knowledge and skills in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, Email, Social Media)
- Team management experience (3 years+)
- Excellent communication skills/stakeholder management
- Language proficiency in English and Japanese
