Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled individual to join our Tokyo-based team focused on renewing subscriptions for key accounts. As an Inside Sales Renewal Representative for Named Accounts, you will handle complex scenarios and enhance subscription and cloud renewals for our largest clients. Our customers are innovators in their fields, and we need a team player to support their progress. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you'll work in a hybrid environment. Responsibilities:
Manage all renewal activities for assigned accounts, including discovery, quoting, processing, and deployment.
Record all customer interactions and opportunities in our CRM system.
Provide weekly forecasts to leadership and maintain forecast accuracy.
Build relationships with customers (IT, procurement, etc.) and resellers through regular outreach.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop a unified strategy.
Adapt to changes, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate subscription solutions (co-terming, multi-year).
Increase subscription revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Assist Named Accounts customers in transitioning to our new purchasing model.
Share insights from customer interactions during weekly and quarterly planning sessions with Account Executives.
Promote strategic initiatives and encourage the use of our consumption model.
Foster cooperative relationships within sales, sales support, and resellers to improve the customer experience.
Travel up to 10% may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in sales, renewal sales, or sales support.
Fluent in Korean, with professional proficiency in English and Japanese.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Previous experience in SaaS, renewals, and customer success.
