Assist 3-5 executives remotely. Your job includes- Schedule management
- Dining arrangements
- Business trip arrangements (domestic and international)
- Handling phone calls and e-mails
- Assistance in running meetings
What you'll need to succeed
- 8 years of secretarial or sales assistant experience
- Native Japanese, Business English
- Intermediate level PC skills(EXCEL-VLookUp, IF functions, Pivot, WORD)
