Your new role

• Build relationships, collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders
• Manage mid-career recruitment process, recruitment channels
• Refine strategies and propose new initiatives, such as recruitment branding initiatives
• Participate in other related HR projects

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in mid-career recruitment, preferably as an in-house recruiter
• Strong communication skills, ability to proactively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Business-level proficiency in English, being able to communicate effectively in a professional setting
