Your new role

Our partnered client offers on-site support for a globally deployed Japanese corporation. Collaborate with their global team to handle user inquiries and manage PC lifecycles.

What you'll need to succeed

- Business level Japanese and English
- 4+ years experience
- Experience with ITIL Process & ITSM Tools
- PC/Printer updates and troubleshooting
- Experience working with File servers, LAN's etc.
- Vendor Control
