Senior TA Specialist Needed
This role will cover the following:End-to-End Recruiting, from requisition to on-boarding for both mid-career and campus hiring
This role will strategically plan which sourcing methods to use, agencies, direct sourcing etc.
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of Talent Acquisition Experience
- Logical & clear communication style, friendly personality & engaging
- Japanese (Fluent/Native) & business English
What you'll get in return
Annual Salary Ranges from 8M – 10M JPY.
Position Information
Working Hours: 09:00-17:30 (Lunch break 12:00-13:00)
Flexible Working Hours (No core hours)
Probation Period: 3 months
Holiday: Weekends + Public Holidays
Overtime: Yes (Average 20 hours/month)
