Role Responsibilities
Responsible for maximising room revenue and system delivery in an active and cost-effective manner, achieving superior performance compared to competitors in terms of RGI (Revenue Generation Index) and budget growth targets.
Formulate strategies to achieve overall hotel revenue.
Analyse competitor and market pricing and future trends, and formulate appropriate pricing strategies by segment and revenue source.
Conduct continuous system health checks.
Create and present forecasts for all revenue sources.
Prepare and conduct revenue meetings in line with the revenue management cycle for all revenue sources, identifying risks and opportunities, activities that could lead to revenue enhancement, or strategic direction changes.
Collaborate with the hotel team to formulate the annual budget for all revenue sources.
Participate in business review meetings with corporate and owners.
Analyse and report End of Month performance.
Support New Hotel Opening Process or conversions as needed.
