Your new role

Hands-on recruitment activities in addition to Managing a team of approximately 10 recruiters.

What you'll need to succeed

-4-5+ Years of recruitment experience within the technology sector (experience In a business company, a recruitment agency, or RPO is acceptable).
-Experience Developing recruitment strategies is a plus.
-Experience In system integration companies or recruitment within such organisations is a plus.
-English Language proficiency (nice to have).

What you'll get in return

-2,500–3,000 JPY/hr + commute allowance
