- Manage mid-career and new graduate recruitment
- Address HR challenges and implement solutions

- Support temporary staff management
- Participate in various projects
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- Around 5 years of professional experience in HR operations or HR consulting, preferably in any industry (experience in financial institutions is a plus)
- Proficiency in creating documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong system skills are a plus
- Strong English communication skills is a plus
