YOUR NEW ROLE
  • Manage mid-career and new graduate recruitment
  • Address HR challenges and implement solutions
  • Drive talent development and employee engagement
  • Support temporary staff management
  • Participate in various projects

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
  • Around 5 years of professional experience in HR operations or HR consulting, preferably in any industry (experience in financial institutions is a plus)
  • Proficiency in creating documents using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; strong system skills are a plus
  • Strong English communication skills is a plus
Personal Characteristics:
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • A proactive mindset
