• 6+ years of experience in web services development
• Expertise in Golang, Web APIs, microservices, and AWS
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and software architecture
• Effective communication and leadership skills

• Proficiency in Kafka, Domain-Driven Design, and Cloud Computing
• Experience in multinational teams and Agile methodologies

• Business level English proficiency
• Japanese proficiency is nice to have but not required.
