  • Respond to customer requests and enquiries through communication tools such as phone, email, chat, and social media, and provide the best experience.

  • Address customer enquiries with empathy, customer-focused thinking, and passion for finding solutions.

  • Share personalised engagement and storytelling with customers, building long-term relationships and promoting innovative approaches to maximise sales opportunities.

  • Acting as a team member, contributing to the achievement of the overall client service goal


What you'll need to succeed

  • Excellent customer service skills (experience in luxury brand retail is a plus).
  • Able to build long-term relationships with customers.
  • Positive and flexible in the face of change and challenges.
