Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our client base, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a deep understanding of networking solutions and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
  • Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored networking solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and performance.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the networking solutions industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of networking solutions and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
