Your new role
Responsible for various administrative tasks, such as attendance, roster seating management, various scheduling, cultural and sports activities, minute taking, training activities, transportation expense reimbursement, and other administrative tasks.
In charge of managing probationary period for new employees, training management, procedures for expiration of probationary period, assignment of mentors, and management of mentor qualifications.
Responds to various enquiries from employees (e.g., in/out, attendance, qualifications, travel, performance, promotions, etc.)
Translate HR-related meetings and interactions with employees (Japanese↔Chinese).
Assist with other HR-related tasks.
What you'll need to succeed
2 years or more of HR related experience
Fluency in Japanese and Chinese (including English is preferred)
Microsoft Office experience
Global company experience (preferred)
