CRM Manager role, handling client relations utilising data analysis and digital tools
Work closely with the global CRM team in Italy
What you'll need to succeed
3–5 years' experience in CRM, preferably digital or E-commerce as well
Retail, consumer, luxury experience preferred.
Native Japanese, Business English
