Your new role

Oversee and manage all aspects of client office support at the Tokyo office of our client, a foreign consulting firm. You will be responsible for a 9-person team that supports the client's core business through FM, while managing team members. Main office in Tokyo, with a smaller office in Osaka.

What you'll need to succeed

Essential

• Minimum of 3yrs Facility Management (or General Services, GA, Office support)
• Basic PC skills (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint, etc.)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills　
• Leadership/training and inclusion skills
• Native Japanese and minimum of business level English skills (speaking, reading, writing)

• Customer relations and negotiations
• BPO services
• Experience with purchasing management systems such as SAP and Ariba
