Your new role
- Process and review payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all payroll-related documentation is up-to-date.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve any discrepancies.
- Calculate and process tax withholdings, social security contributions, and other statutory payments.
- Stay up to date with payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years payroll experience
- Native Japanese, Intermediate - business English
