Your new role as HR Operation Manager

• Oversee and manage HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and system implementations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR-related documentation is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to reconcile data and resolve any discrepancies.
• Lead and support system implementation and changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 3-5+ years of HR operations experience, including payroll and system changes
• Experience in leading and managing system implementations and changes
• Native Japanese, Intermediate - business English
