Your new role

1. Off-Site Monitoring and Interviews: Collaborate with various departments, gather information, and conduct interviews to understand business operations.
2. Risk Assessment: Identify audit targets, pinpoint issues, and evaluate risks.
3. Engagement with Executives: Coordinate with senior management and executives, sharing audit results and improvement recommendations.
4. Document Preparation: Create necessary materials for negotiations and reporting.
5. Audit Process Enhancement: Review audit procedures to optimise efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed

Experienced in Insurance Product Development (7+ years) with Strong Team Management Skills

Experienced in Team Management with the Ability to Lead and Coordinate Team Members

What you'll get in return

¥8,000,000 to ¥11,000,000

The estimated annual income, including base salary, overtime pay, and bonuses
