  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally using chat, email, and phone

  • Appropriately understand customer issues and requests and provide solutions

  • Gather customer feedback and report to the appropriate department

  • Train and mentor team members to improve overall team performance

  • Actively participate in improving customer support processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness


What you'll need to succeed

  • Experienced in management of call center and customer service business (regardless of industry)

  • Business level English and Japanese skills.

  • Able to collect information proactively and solve problems proactively.
