- To lead a market operations team, while also hands-on working on the operations tasks of FX, Treasury, lending, and payments products.

- Take on new projects to launch in the Japanese market.

What you'll need to succeed

-6 years of experience in operations on the banking side.

-Management experience in leading operational teams.

-Native level Japanese and Business English.
