Working closely with Business Development Managers to assist with recruitment for Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager: screening, interview scheduling, background check procedures etc.

What you'll need to succeed

- Great communication skills in both English and Japanese

- Experience in the financial industry is a plus

- Experiences in meetings/interviews, scheduling, administration work
