Your new role
Project Management for offices, retail or industrial projects. Manage from A to Z, including: client support, creation of project documentation & execution plans. Will prepare & track project schedules and budgets, as well as responsibility for cost control. Works closely with clients (many of which are global companies), as well as local contractors. Also, supports Business Development. Reports locally to the Project Director.

What you'll need to succeed

Min 3-5yrs, Japan-based Project Management experience, ideally with an international firm(s). Excellent communication and vendor management/negotiation skills. Leadership experience is desirable. Fluent Japanese and minimum Business level English. Qualification in Building Construction ideal.
