Your new role
- Assess the client's needs and compile a proposal on the scope of translation and quotation.
- Manage client expectations and strengthen partnerships.
- Submit final proposals to the client on time, as needed.
- Develop clear, concise project instructions to produce a deliverable that meets the client's needs.
- Provide support to team members and clients in the management of the project.
- Manage urgent inquiries and tasks effectively and promptly to keep the project on time.
- Support continuous process improvement in the department.
What you'll need to succeed
- College degree or equivalent or higher
- Experience in customer service, translation
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office
