Your new role
Responsible for tasks related to contact centre operations and workflow improvements including:
- Client negotiation
- Creating documents and reporting
- Workflow improvement activities (Planning, proposals, execution, and guidance)
What you'll need to succeed
- Experiences working on shift planning and monthly reports using PowerPoint and Excel
- Flexibility for relocation to other offices in Japan
