Your new role

In harmony with the management of intricate legal documentation, this role encompasses negotiations, drafting and reviewing, along with providing regular legal advice to internal stakeholders and frontline consultants. It also involves liaising with external stakeholders and associated counsels. In addition, the role includes conducting training and managing other general legal and compliance activities as secondary responsibilities. This position offers a comprehensive experience in legal operations and compliance management.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, with proficiency in contract management (including NDAs, CSAs, Engagement Letters, etc.). Fluency in both English and Japanese at a business level is essential. The selected individual will join a diverse team of over 30 legal professionals, boasting a wide range of experiences and expertise from various industries and countries worldwide.
