You’ll be joining a vibrant and fast-growing international beauty brand originally founded in the U.S. in 2013. The company is proudly woman-owned, fiercely independent, and known for its bold, expressive identity. They specialize in vegan, cruelty‑free, semi‑permanent hair dyes in over 40 high‑pigment shades, loved by creative communities worldwide.
After expanding into Japan in 2024, the brand is now building its presence locally — launching Japanese social channels, collaborating with stylists and influencers, and enhancing their e‑commerce operations. You will be their first hire in Japan, playing a key role in shaping the brand’s growth in this market.

仕事内容
As the Marketing Assistant, you will support Japan-market marketing activities and work closely with the executive team. This role is primarily remote with occasional visits to the Tokyo (Yoyogi) office.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing daily social media posting and engagement
• Supporting promotional content across social media, email, and website
• Assisting with influencer outreach, product seeding, and coordination
• Helping with English–Japanese translations for marketing materials
• Tracking marketing activity and preparing simple weekly/monthly reports
• Participating in daily virtual check-ins with the executive team

• Native-level Japanese + strong English communication skills
• A positive, outgoing, and easy-to-communicate personality
• Strong organization, follow-through, and time management
• Comfort working remotely with daily communication
• A sense of style and passion for fashion/beauty that aligns with the brand

• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or e‑commerce
• Sales experience
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and trend culture
• Experience supporting creative brands or consumer products
• Basic comfort with reporting tools and spreadsheets
