Our client is seeking a highly organized and discreet Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to multiple Partners within their Japan consulting practice. This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates impeccable attention to detail, and can effectively manage cross-border communications, complex schedules, and high-priority tasks.
仕事内容• Provide day-to-day executive-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders
• Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements across multiple time zones
• Prepare and proofread documents, presentations, and reports in both English and Japanese
• Handle confidential correspondence and sensitive client information with discretion
• Process expense reports, timesheets, and internal documentation in accordance with company policies
• Serve as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal departments
• Assist in planning events, team off-sites, and client engagements
• Support internal initiatives, special projects, and team coordination as needed
対象となる方• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3–5 years in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role within a corporate or professional services setting
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency (both written and verbal)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders simultaneously is highly preferred
