仕事内容- Assist in designing, launching, and managing development programs and e-learning solutions for related teams
- Facilitate learning sessions in both Japanese and English, and manage vendor relationships and related systems
- Contribute to team effectiveness, organizational design, and change management efforts
- Design scalable tool, programs and initiatives, and measure their impact on business performance
- Align with related global initiatives and support team goals through collaboration
- Build strong partnerships with HR and business leaders across regions to ensure successful implementation of programs
対象となる方- Native level in Japanese, Business level in English
- 8+ years of experience of L&D experience
