Operations Manager

【お仕事内容】
・Analyze and maintain all Client Service Level Agreements
・Maximize revenue generation to reach long and short-term financial projects
・Selecting, training, developing, and managing performance of direct reports
and their associates
・Manage and review operational reports
・Create and maximize relationships with client partners

【必須項目】
・Native Japanese and Fluent English
・More than 5 years of experience in a BPO or a call center
・Has management experience of more than 20 people
・Having IT experience or knowledge is a plus

【年収】
700万～800万程
※手当等含む
