Your new role

• Manage schedules, prepare, implement, and support various training programs, including career development
• Create both physical and digital training materials
• Prepare and conduct OJT sessions in collaboration with boutique management
• Prepare, publish, analyze data, and promote content for the internal learning system
• Handle expense processing, equipment management, and other administrative tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in training, preferred in retail industry
• Native level in Japanese, business level in English
