Your new role
- Manage schedules, prepare, implement, and support various training programs, including career development
- Create both physical and digital training materials
- Prepare and conduct OJT sessions in collaboration with boutique management
- Prepare, publish, analyze data, and promote content for the internal learning system
- Handle expense processing, equipment management, and other administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in training, preferred in retail industry
- Native level in Japanese, business level in English
