A global provider of digital infrastructure and managed services, seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Senior Partner Sales Account Manager
to lead partner engagement and indirect sales efforts in Japan. This role is ideal for a strategic relationship builder with a strong understanding of the local market and experience working with system integrators, consultancy firms, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow relationships with key partners including system integrators, consultancy firms, and value-added resellers.
  • Develop and execute partner sales strategies to drive revenue growth across cloud, networking, and cybersecurity services.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support partner enablement and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Monitor partner performance, pipeline development, and deal execution.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner-related activities in Japan, ensuring smooth coordination with global teams.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and contribute to the evolution of the partner ecosystem.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in partner or channel sales, preferably in cloud, telecom, or managed services.
  • Strong understanding of Japan’s enterprise market and partner landscape.
  • Proven ability to build and manage strategic relationships with system integrators and consultancy firms.
  • Fluent in
    Japanese and English
    (both written and spoken).
  • Experience with indirect sales models and partner enablement programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; technical or business-related field preferred.
