Position Overview
As an Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our IT solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their digital transformation goals while driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling IT solutions and services.
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and resolve complex issues.
- Monitor client performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to advise clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in account management, sales, or client success within IT, SaaS, or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of IT solutions (cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Japanese and English.
- Ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
- Preferred:
- Experience with global IT vendors or system integrators.
- Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
