Your new role
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
- Process walk-in orders, payments, and new member registrations
- Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area
- Handle mail and deliveries, and support meeting arrangements
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and event participation
What you'll need to succeed
- +3 years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with excellent customer service etiquette
