Your new role

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Process walk-in orders, payments, and new member registrations
  • Manage office supplies and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Handle mail and deliveries, and support meeting arrangements
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and event participation


What you'll need to succeed

  • +3 years of experience as a receptionist or in customer service
  • Native-level Japanese and business-level English
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and ability to work under pressure
  • Team player with excellent customer service etiquette
