Your new role
Strategic
Oversight
- Manage risks
and dependencies across multiple project workstreams.
- Coordinate
between different producer tracks (e.g., Content, Digital) for
cross-disciplinary projects.
- Provide
escalation support for producers when broader project goals are impacted.
Digital
Project Coordination (Content-Related)
- Oversee
digital elements including budget tracking, timelines, and resource
assignments.
- Escalate
budget decisions to Account Management.
- Collaborate
with Digital Producers on technical implementation.
- Translate
business requirements between stakeholders and technical teams.
Project
Planning
- Lead entire
projects from start to finish.
- Create
detailed project plans (objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables,
communication, RACI, risk, quality).
- Develop
Statements of Work (SOW) with input from subject matter experts (SMEs).
- Build master
schedules and roadmaps aligned with broader goals.
- Refine scope
and timelines to realistic terms with SME input.
- Plan and
allocate resources based on required skill sets.
- Define
production scope, budget, and schedule in collaboration with SMEs and
Content Producers.
Project
Management
- Coordinate
internal teams to meet project goals.
- Ensure
quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and
manage project budgets.
- Identify and
mitigate risks proactively.
- Manage
non-content resources (e.g., strategy, media planning).
- Align
overall project schedule with production timelines.
- Conduct
post-project evaluations and apply lessons learned.
- Track
deliverables to meet client and agency standards.
- Manage
client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
What you'll need to
succeed
- Bachelor’s
degree (PMI certification preferred)
- 4–6 years of
project management experience
- At least 1
year of experience in digital projects (websites, apps, campaigns)
- Experience
working with international teams
- Strong
multitasking and organizational skills
- Logical
thinker with attention to detail and big-picture awareness
- Creative
problem-solving and solution implementation skills
- Familiarity
with creative production, web development, and content creation
- Understanding
of digital workflow tools and agency processes
- Basic
knowledge of design tools (e.g., Figma, HTML5) is a plus
- Proficient
in Microsoft 365, Jira, Confluence, and database tools
- Strong
financial and commercial acumen
- Independent,
accountable, collaborative, and solution-oriented
- Assertive
leadership and decision-making skills
- Curious,
adaptable, and eager to learn
- Japanese: N2
level or higher
- English:
Business level (TOEIC 800+)
