Your new role
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, from employer branding and planning to execution
- Manage recruitment KPIs and provide regular progress reporting
- Collaborate with relevant departments to clarify hiring positions and requirements
- Handle candidate management, offer closing, and other hands-on recruitment tasks
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in mid-large size company
- Native level in Japanese, business level
