A leading American Pharma company is looking for a Medical Affairs Manager able to implement the medical strategy in Japan, identify unmet medical needs of patients, address data gaps and generate meaningful evidence for multiple Therapeutic Areas.
If you have scientific expertise and industry experience in Medical Affairs strategy or MSL, with an interest in In-Licensing activities, then this role is for you.

Your new role

*Medical Affairs Manager [In-Licensing]
*Devise and Implement Medical Strategy
*Interact with internal stakeholders [R&D, PV, RA & Commercial]
*Interact with External Stakeholders [KOL's, Medical Associations, Scientific Experts to attain insights on future Medical Practice
*Establish the Medical Affairs Department
*Translate Clinical Data into medical strategy

What you'll need to succeed

*3 Years Experience in Medical Affairs as an MSL or R&D
*Strong scientific background and communication skills
*Fluent in Japanese & Business English
*PhD NOT required
