Your new role

  • Distributor & Revenue Growth: Strengthen distributor relationships, manage KPIs, and support sustainable sales with updated product info.
  • Market Expansion: Develop new business channels in China, including club stores and digital platforms, and build strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Marketing & Negotiations: Lead pricing and contract talks, craft impactful trade stories, and optimise promotional efforts for ROI.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Passion for helping Japanese brands grow abroad, especially in China, with multicultural adaptability.
  • 3+ years in cosmetics or FMCG sales, skilled in pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; Japanese optional with willingness to learn.
  • Global experience, travel readiness, and distributor relationship skills preferred.
