Your new role
You will join an IT infrastructure and application support team supporting a large-scale manufacturing client within the pharmaceutical sector. As the client continues to expand operations, you will play a key role in ensuring stable IT infrastructure operations while supporting ongoing projects and improvements.
This role offers exposure to global teams, factory systems (OT environments), and a wide range of infrastructure technologies, with a clear path toward leadership and delivery management.

What you'll need to succeed

Required:

Practical experience in IT infrastructure operations (servers, networks, etc.)
Hands-on troubleshooting and incident resolution experience
Basic understanding of IT service management (e.g., ServiceNow or similar tools)
Strong stakeholder communication skills across internal and external teams

Preferred:

ITIL certification or IT service management knowledge
Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries (e.g., GMP understanding)
Knowledge of OT environments (PLC, SCADA, MES, etc.)
Understanding of SLA management and service delivery quality

Key responsibilities

Operate and maintain factory IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage)
Troubleshoot infrastructure-related issues and incidents
Support installation and deployment of IT infrastructure equipment
Coordinate asset and lifecycle management with global and local teams
Assist in delivering infrastructure-related projects (supporting SMEs)
Manage vendors and coordinate external partners
Participate in meetings and provide status updates and issue reporting
Support integration between production systems and IT infrastructure
