Welcome to our Asia Gender Diversity Report 2017. We have gathered insights from men and women across the region to get their opinion and views on Gender Diversity in today's world of work.
Hays supports the advancement of women in the workplace. Although progress is being made, this remains a business critical issue in Asia.
Our findings also reveal that there is a clear link between diversity and business success. Organisations across the region therefore have work to do to take full advantage of the opportunity presented by a more diverse leadership team.
With the rewards of diversity only set to increase, developing and investing further in internal and external talent pipelines to attract and develop diverse leaders will be vital for business success.
