AVP Futures and Options MO

Main Function Futures and Options Middle office has two functions, a sales support function and a clients services function. Sales support function includes booking and confirmation of trades, monitoring of give-ups and give-in trades and client communication.

Main Duties
Allocation of trades
Split allocation and multiple give-up facilitation
Generating and sending preliminary confirmations
Monitoring of give-up and give-in trades
Processing of late give-ups and busting of give-up trades

Person Requirements
3-5 years experience of Operations
Knowledge of Futures and Options market preferred
Ability to prioritise and work under pressure, whilst still ensuring all deadlines are met and both the quantity and quality of work produced is to a consistently high standard.
