SMB Service Solution Senior Manager
The SMB Services Business Manager will be responsible for developing the Tied and Non-Tied Services Business for the SMB segment. This will be achieved by increasing attach rates for key tied services and implementing demand generation plans and activities for ICS and Managed Deployment Services.
This role will form a critical link between the SMB sales segments, the customer and the Services organization, and be able both to draw on and to feed those segments in growing Tied and Non-Tied services revenue.
In addition the role is responsible for driving awareness of Services capability both internally and within the SMB customers. The role also ensures that the SMB sales staff becomes more self sufficient in selling our services products, linking with all the available services resources, tools and support functions.
The SMB Services Business Manager will be the single point of contact for the SMB Services Business and own the weekly and quarterly forecasting and have accountability for managing the relationships with the different our Services Function Groups.
The SMB Services Business Manager will have overall responsibility and accountability for growing the SMB services business and will be responsible for selling a broad portfolio of box-tied services; examples include Gold Technical Support, Onsite Service, Accidental Damage and Theft, ICS, Training and Managed Services.
・10 years IT industry experience in selling services solutions
・10 years experience in a IT Business Development role
・Strong services knowledge and experience
・Extensive sales experience and thorough understanding of sales cycle
・Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers, work colleagues and service partners
・Demonstrated ability to influence and enable both customer and sales force to ensure the success and growth of services.
・Ability to negotiate with customers at all levels within an organization and influence outcomes
・Demonstrated ability to structure and execute core services, professional services and managed services opportunities.
・Strong conceptual and creative skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
・Pragmatic, hands-on style and ability to think outside the box.
