SMB Online Solutions Content Manager
* The post holder will be part of the Global Medium Business Online team.

* Articulate the value proposition of a portfolio of solutions and own the related content on smb

・The solutions portfolio shall be 1 of the following 3
1. Product Lines client products (notebooks, desktops, netbooks, workstations, etc.)
Technology solutions mobile computing
Vertical industries construction, real estate, retail
2. Product Lines enterprise products (servers, storage, networking, etc.)
Technology solutions networks, virtualization, data storage
Vertical industries accounting, law medical
3. Product Lines EnA, Imaging, Services
Technology solutions SW applications, security, service, maintenance
Vertical industries architecture, creative, graphics

・Positioning (Did you know?, show how our technology can address customers' pain points and business challenges, position our solutions vs. Vertical industry needs)
・Learning content ( How to?, training , links to credible resources)
・Purchasing Help (IT Advisor, Help Me Choose / Learn More)

* Get content produced
・Leverage existing content within us as well as the ourl SMB community
・Get fresh, product-related content developed (leveraging editorial resources)
・Get credible content syndicated from credible sources
・Identify the appropriate placements on (collaborative effort)

* Deploy globally
・Have a solid global process for create once, publish many
・Ground win-win collaboration with regional content and merchandising experts
・Support the regional teams in their efforts to deliver their quarterly targets

* Develop global masters for business and vertical solutions based on industry standards (i.e. main components of a solid workstation for graphical design)

* Define merchandising guidelines for portfolio of solutions
・Manage the production of global assets such as LOB positioning content*, partners' fragments, etc.

* Constantly assess the impact on ourl online business and drive structural improvement in business metrics (conversion, leakage and TRU), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT, net promoters score, likelihood to recommend) and Brand perception.

・Keep assessing and benchmarking our efforts and state of the art vs. our competition as well as other segments within our (e.g. Consumer)

Requirement

* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree. Masters Degree (MBA) is preferred.
