Demographics, diversity and corporate destiny

In this latest Hays sponsored research report, companies across Asia are recommended to put in place measures and practices to boost the role of women in their organisations to meet demographics challenges.

Regardless of a company’s size or the industry in which it operates, there are a range of options that executives can implement, which will help diversity initiatives take root and create the intangible alchemy of “inclusion”—that other buzzword which means that all employees are equally valued, and likely to be promoted and listened to.

The paper is informed by three focus groups conducted in Beijing, Singapore and Tokyo between December 2018 and January 2019. In addition, seven interviews with ECN member companies were also conducted.
